Feel better in the comfort of your own home. We specialize in care and daily living assistance to individuals with an array of disabilities. Whether you need daily or weekly assistance, our care givers will provide individualized services that you can trust, and that are customized to your unique needs.

We understand that not one service plan fits all. Daily services can include anything from meal preparation, hygiene, and cleaning, to supervision in the community. We will take the time to get to know you and develop an individualized service plan that fits your specific needs and deliver it when you need it most.

Disability Support
At REAL every member will begin by being assessed in several ways for needs, wants, preferences, and current level of independence. This will be accomplished through interviews, Person Centered Planning tools, and Adaptive behavior assessments. By using the information from these assessments and tools to discover needs and goals, thoughtful plans can be drawn up, creative programs can be developed with the intention of maintaining health and safety, personal growth, increased independence , and most as importantly opportunities to have fun, expand peer groups, goal attainment and an overall sense of belonging to an ever widening community. Learning happens all the time and in all circumstances. At REAL we do not want to control every step of life , and ensure no mistakes are ever made, but instead stay near, let life happen and catch people before the fall hurts. Life is short, live, love and learn everyday. Oh and try to have a little fun along the way.

One of the most important aspects of REAL, as a service provider, is our desire to support people in their own ambitions. Here at REAL the model is simple... there is no model, just individuals. Living as independently as possible, and supporting people in chasing the dreams that are their own. This separates us from many other service providers.
